Role Required: Sage Intacct Administrator
If you do not see a Banking Cloud tab available on your account, please ensure that Sage Cloud Services are enabled for your company.
Go to Company → Admin → Subscriptions.
Confirm that Sage Cloud Services is enabled. If it is not, click on the toggle to enable Sage Cloud Services.
After enabling Sage Cloud Services, click Configure next to the toggle and confirm that Enable bank feeds functionality is checked. Then click Save.
